Services

5 questions

Which of your services should I start with?

It depends on where your site is today. With no blog, start with keyword research and a blog writing plan. If traffic dropped, start with a technical SEO audit. If pages appear in search but get few clicks, start with on-page SEO. If you are unsure, describe your situation in the contact form and we will recommend a starting point with the quote.

Can you write white-label content for my agency's clients?

Yes. We deliver files with no GONIVESS branding, follow your client's style guide and calendar, and send everything to you rather than to your client. You stay the only point of contact for them. Tell us the client's industry and any approval steps in your request so we can plan the schedule.

Do you create images or graphics for articles?

We do not design custom graphics. In each article we mark where an image, chart or screenshot would help the reader, describe what it should show and write the alt text. You can then add your own images, product screenshots or licensed stock photos before publishing.

Can you work alongside our in-house writers?

Yes. Our content strategy service produces briefs your writers can follow, and our on-page SEO service improves pages your team has already published. You can use us for research and planning and keep writing in-house, or split the calendar between our writers and yours.

Do you use AI to write your content?

Every piece is edited by a person and checked for plagiarism before it reaches you. Software supports parts of the work, such as keyword data and grammar checks, but we do not deliver unedited AI-generated text. Google's guidance focuses on whether content is helpful, accurate and written for people, and that is the standard our editing applies.

Process

4 questions

What do you need from us to get started?

A short kickoff call or a written questionnaire, whichever you prefer. We ask about your products or services, customers, competitors, goals and tone of voice, and for links to pages you like. For audits, on-page work and keyword research we also ask for read access to Google Search Console.

How do we communicate during a project?

Email is the main channel, and every client has one point of contact. You can also message us on WhatsApp for quick questions during business hours. Growth and Authority plans include a monthly report, and we share the content calendar so you always know what is coming next.

What are your business hours?

We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Mountain Time (America/Denver). We reply to new messages within 24 hours on business days. Messages sent on weekends or US public holidays are answered on the next business day.

In what format do you deliver content?

Content arrives in Google Docs by default, with headings, lists, tables, meta title and meta description already in place. We can also deliver HTML or Markdown, or publish directly in WordPress or another CMS if you give us an editor account.

Pricing & Payment

4 questions

When and how do I pay?

We send an itemized invoice before work starts. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance, and one-time services such as an audit or keyword research report are paid in full before work begins. Payment details and accepted payment methods are listed on each invoice.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. Monthly plans run month to month, and you can cancel by email before your next billing date. The price on your quote covers the scope it describes; anything outside that scope is quoted separately and only done after you approve it.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth and Authority starting from your next billing period. Email us before your billing date with the plan you want, and we adjust the content calendar and the next invoice to match.

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes. If you need a different number of posts, a mix of blog posts and service pages, or articles longer than 1,500 words, we put together a custom quote. Long-form articles of 1,500 to 3,000 words are always quoted separately from the monthly plans.

Revisions & Refunds

5 questions

What counts as a revision?

A revision is any change within the approved outline: wording, tone, examples, facts, section order or length adjustments. Asking for a different topic, angle or target keyword after the outline is approved counts as a new piece rather than a revision.

How many revision rounds are included?

The Starter plan includes 1 revision round per post. Growth and Authority include 2 rounds per post, and one-off pages and articles include 2 rounds. Send all your changes for a round together, and we return the revised version within 2 business days.

When is content considered approved?

Content counts as approved when you confirm it, when you publish it, or 14 days after delivery if we have not received a revision request. After approval, further changes are quoted as new work, so please review each piece within those 14 days.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel before work starts, you receive a full refund. Revisions are included as described in your plan. Content that has been delivered and approved is not refundable. The refund policy page explains every case and how to send a request.

How do I cancel a monthly plan?

Email [email protected] before your next billing date and we stop the plan at the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again, and you keep full ownership of all content delivered and paid for up to that point.
