Content Strategy
Topic clusters, a publishing calendar and briefs for the first 4 pieces, planned around the searches your buyers make.
Blog writing
If you are comparing blog writing services, the usual problem is time: nobody on your team has the hours to pick topics, research them, write, edit and publish every week. Posts go out in bursts, then stop, and some target keywords nobody searches for.
We replace that with a fixed monthly schedule. Each month you get 4, 8 or 12 posts of 1,000–1,500 words, each built on keyword research for an informational query, then outlined, written, human-edited and optimized on-page. You approve every topic before we write.
Published on a steady calendar, posts like these are designed to answer the questions your buyers search before they contact you, which gives your site more pages with a fair chance to earn search traffic over time.
Deliverables
Starter, Growth and Authority cover 4, 8 or 12 posts of 1,000–1,500 words each; see pricing for plan rates. Longer articles of 1,500–3,000 words are quoted separately.
Every post targets an informational keyword chosen from keyword databases and your Google Search Console data, with intent checked against the pages that currently rank.
Within 5 business days of onboarding you get a calendar with each topic, target keyword and delivery date. Writing starts after you approve it.
Each post is outlined, written, edited by a person and run through a plagiarism checker before it reaches you.
Each post includes a meta title, meta description, clear heading structure and suggested internal links to your existing pages.
Headings, lists and link suggestions are in place, so each post can go straight into your CMS or be published by us on its calendar date.
Growth adds an internal linking plan across your posts, a monthly report and 2 revision rounds per post instead of 1.
Authority adds a quarterly technical SEO audit, refreshes of your existing pages, a competitor content gap analysis, priority support and 2 revision rounds per post.
Fit
You published for a few months, then stopped. The Starter plan's 4 posts a month restarts the blog on a schedule someone else keeps.
You have a CMS and a list of priorities but not the hours. You need 8 posts a month that follow a calendar and link into your existing pages.
Competitors already cover the obvious questions. You need 12 posts a month, refreshes of older pages and a gap analysis of what competitors cover that you do not.
Buyers often research a purchase before they get in touch. You need posts that answer the how-to and cost questions they search while they compare options.
Process
Onboarding
After you approve the plan and pay the first invoice, we hold a short call or send a written questionnaire (your choice) on audience, offers, tone and topics to avoid.
Within 5 business days
We research keywords and send a calendar with topics, target keywords and delivery dates. You approve it or ask us to swap topics before writing starts.
Within 10 business days
Your first posts arrive for review, each with its meta title, meta description and internal link suggestions in place.
Within 2 business days
Send your notes on a post and the revised version comes back within 2 business days. Starter includes 1 round per post; Growth and Authority include 2.
Through the month
The remaining posts arrive on the calendar dates, spread across the month. Growth and Authority plans also receive a monthly report.
Timing
After the first delivery, posts arrive on the dates in your calendar, spread across the month, so your team reviews a few at a time.
Each revision round covers edits inside the post's approved topic and outline; switching to a new topic or angle makes it a new post. Posts are treated as approved once you confirm or publish them, or 14 days after delivery if no revision request arrives.

FAQ

It depends on how many questions your buyers search and how much your competitors already cover. Starter's 4 posts a month suits a new or restarted blog. Growth's 8 posts fits a team building out several topics at once. Authority's 12 posts, plus refreshes of existing pages, suits crowded topics where the basic questions are already answered.
By default, you do. Posts arrive as Google Docs, or as HTML or Markdown on request, with headings, meta title, meta description and internal link suggestions in place. If you give us an editor account in WordPress or another CMS, we can publish the posts for you on the calendar dates.
No writer can promise a ranking, and Google advises caution with any SEO provider that does. We control the work: keyword research and intent analysis for every post, human editing, on-page SEO and a steady schedule. That process is designed to give each post a fair chance to earn search traffic, and Search Console shows which posts gain impressions.
Plans run month to month and are billed monthly in advance. To cancel, email us before the next billing date. You own every post delivered under a paid invoice. Delivered and approved posts are not refundable, and if you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund.
Yes. Share topic ideas at kickoff or when you review each content calendar. We check every suggestion against keyword research and the pages that currently rank, then adjust the angle or target keyword so the post answers a query people search. Nothing is written until you approve the calendar, and you can swap topics before writing starts.
