Content Strategy
Topic clusters, a publishing calendar and briefs for the first 4 pieces, planned around the searches your buyers make.
Keyword research
A keyword research service decides which searches each page on your site should answer before anyone writes. Without that, pages compete with each other, cover topics nobody searches for, and miss buyer queries that no page targets.
Within 5 business days we deliver a keyword map: up to 150 researched keywords with search volume, difficulty, intent and SERP features, grouped into topic clusters, assigned to an existing page or a new one, and ranked by priority. It comes as a spreadsheet plus a short written summary.
Your team or writer then knows what each page targets and what to build next, which gives pages a better chance of matching what people search.
Deliverables
Each keyword comes with estimated monthly search volume, a difficulty score, intent and the SERP features Google shows for it, such as local packs or People Also Ask boxes.
We pull the queries your site already gets impressions for from Google Search Console and combine them with keyword database results.
Keywords are labeled informational, commercial, transactional or navigational, so you can tell which belong on a service page and which belong in a blog post.
Related keywords are grouped into clusters, each with one main term and its close variations, so a single page can target the whole cluster.
Every cluster is assigned to an existing URL or flagged as a new page to create. Where two of your pages target the same query, we mark the overlap.
We compare your visibility against up to 3 competitors you name and list relevant keywords they appear for and you do not.
If you serve specific areas, we research city and region variations alongside national terms in separate clusters.
Clusters are ranked by intent, difficulty and fit with what you sell. A short written summary explains the top priorities.
Fit
Before building service, location or product pages, you need to know which terms each page should target and which pages are missing from the plan.
Several pages targeting the same query can compete with each other. The map shows the overlap and assigns one target per page.
Companies serving a few cities or regions need to see which local variations people search and whether a separate page for each area makes sense.
Marketing managers get a researched list of topics, grouped by intent, to use before briefing writers or committing to a publishing schedule.

Each row is one keyword with its monthly search volume, difficulty score, search intent, SERP features, topic cluster, the existing URL or new page it maps to, and its priority. A separate tab lists the competitor gap keywords. The written summary explains the top clusters and the pages we suggest creating or updating first.
The limit keeps every keyword reviewed by hand for intent and fit with your offer, then assigned to a page. A long export of raw terms is hard to act on. For larger offers, we start with the services that matter most to sales.
Read access is strongly recommended but not required. Search Console shows the queries your site already gets impressions for, which keyword databases often miss, especially for smaller or local sites. Without it we can still research from keyword databases and competitor data, but the map will not reflect your current visibility.
Yes. We research local variations, such as a service plus a city name, alongside national terms and keep them in separate clusters. The map then shows whether each area justifies its own page. If you serve many locations, list them at kickoff so we can agree which areas fit within the 150 keywords.
We do not guarantee rankings, and Google warns against SEO providers that do. Rankings depend on your pages, your site and your competitors. What we deliver is a researched map that shows which page should target which keywords, which gives the pages you write or update a better chance of matching what people search.
The summary names the pages to create or update first. Your team or a freelancer can work from the spreadsheet. If you want us to act on it, our SEO content writing service covers new commercial pages, blog writing plans cover informational topics, and on-page SEO applies mapped keywords to existing pages in batches of 10.
Send us your site and up to 3 competitors. We reply within 24 business hours with a quote for your keyword map.
