Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of gonivess.store and any services you buy from GONIVESS LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (NM Entity ID 7182244), mailing address 500 4th St NW, Suite 102, PMB 1866, Albuquerque, NM 87102, US. "We", "us" and "our" mean GONIVESS LLC. "You" means the person or business using the site or buying services.

Agreement to these terms

By using this website, approving a quote or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to accept them on its behalf.

A quote you approve in writing sets the scope, deliverables and dates for a project. Where it conflicts with these Terms, the quote controls.

Our services

We provide SEO content writing, blog writing, technical SEO audits, on-page SEO, keyword research and content strategy, as described on the service pages and the pricing page. We do not do website development work.

Quotes and plans

  • A quote covers the scope it describes. Extra work is quoted separately and done only after you approve it.
  • Monthly plans (Starter, Growth and Authority) run month to month with no minimum term. You can switch plans from your next billing period by emailing us before your billing date.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your business, including any legal or industry rules your content must follow.
  • Send approvals and revision requests on time. Delays on your side can move delivery dates.
  • Provide the access the work needs, such as Google Search Console or a CMS editor account.
  • Send only materials you own or have permission to use, and allow us to use them for your project.
  • Check content before you publish it. You decide what goes live on your site.

Billing and payment

  • Work starts after you approve the plan or quote and the first invoice is paid.
  • Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • One-time services, such as an audit or keyword research report, are paid in full before work starts.
  • Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. GONIVESS does not store full card numbers.

To cancel a monthly plan, email [email protected] before your next billing date. The plan stops at the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.

Our refund policy covers refunds in detail. In short, you receive a full refund if you cancel before work starts, and content that has been delivered and approved is not refundable.

Deliverables, revisions and approval

Delivery

We deliver in Google Docs by default, or in HTML or Markdown on request. Timelines are listed on each service page and in your quote. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Revisions

  • Starter plan: 1 revision round per post.
  • Growth and Authority plans: 2 revision rounds per post.
  • One-off pages and articles: 2 revision rounds.

We return revisions within 2 business days. A round covers changes within the approved outline. A new topic, angle or target keyword counts as a new piece and is quoted separately.

Approval

Content counts as approved when you confirm it, when you publish it, or 14 days after delivery if we have not received a revision request. Changes after approval are quoted as new work.

Ownership of content

You own all content we deliver once the related invoice is paid in full, and you can publish, edit and reuse it as you choose. We do not reuse, resell or republish it.

Materials you send us stay yours. Our general working methods, checklists and SEO knowledge remain ours; this does not include any content written for you.

Originality

Every piece is written for your project, edited by a person and checked with a plagiarism checker before delivery. If you believe a delivered piece copies another source, email us and we will look into it.

No promise of rankings or traffic

Search engines such as Google are third parties that decide how pages are indexed and ranked, and they change their systems without notice. We do not promise any ranking position, traffic level, number of leads or other result. Our work is designed to give your pages a better chance in search, and Google's own guidance warns against SEO providers that promise rankings.

Confidentiality

We keep non-public information you share with us confidential, including business data, account access, analytics data and unpublished content. We use it only for the agreed work, and you can remove our access at any time. This duty does not cover information that is public, that we already had, or that the law requires us to disclose. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Using this website

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • send spam, malware or automated bulk messages through the contact form;
  • try to access the site or server without authorization, or interfere with how it works;
  • republish the site's text or articles without our written permission.

Articles on this site are general information, not legal, financial or professional advice.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party services linked from the site, such as WhatsApp, follow their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GONIVESS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or search visibility.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify GONIVESS LLC against third-party claims arising from materials you provided, instructions you gave us, or your use of delivered content in breach of these Terms or the law.

Termination

You can end a monthly plan as described under Billing and payment. Either side may end a project by email if the other seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the problem after notice. We may pause work while an invoice is unpaid. After termination, you keep ownership of content delivered and paid for, and the sections on ownership, confidentiality, liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a problem comes up, please email us first so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The updated date on this page shows when they last changed, and changes apply from that date. Work under a quote you already approved continues under the earlier Terms unless we both agree otherwise.
