Keyword Research
Up to 150 keywords grouped by topic and search intent, mapped to existing or new pages, in a clear priority order.
Content strategy
Our content strategy services are for businesses that publish regularly but cannot say which pages bring in buyers, which topics are still missing, or what to write next month. Without a plan, new posts repeat old ones and older pages go stale.
Within 10–15 business days we deliver a 3–6 month plan: an audit of up to 100 existing URLs, keyword research grouped into topic clusters, a publishing calendar, briefs for the first 4 pieces, an internal linking plan and a measurement plan built on Google Search Console and GA4.
Your team can execute it in-house or through our blog writing plans. Each piece gets a defined keyword and place in the site, which gives it a better chance of reaching the buyers you want.
Deliverables
A kickoff call of about 60 minutes, or a written questionnaire, covering your offers, buyers, sales cycle and the business goals the content should support.
Each existing page or post gets a decision: keep, update, merge or remove, with a one-line reason based on its Search Console clicks, impressions and topic overlap.
Keywords are grouped into clusters, each with one pillar page and its supporting pages, so every planned piece targets a distinct query and intent.
A dated schedule of new pieces and updates to existing ones, ordered so pillar pages go live before the posts that link to them.
Each brief sets the target keyword, search intent, working title, outline, suggested length and the internal links to include, ready for a writer.
A map of which pages link to which, with suggested anchor text, covering both existing URLs and the pieces in the calendar.
The Search Console and GA4 reports to check each month, the metrics for each cluster, and the points at which a page should be reviewed or refreshed.
We present the strategy on a call and answer your team's questions before writing starts.
Fit
Sites with dozens of unplanned posts need the audit most: deciding what to update, merge or retire before adding more.
A new site or a new content program needs clusters and a calendar first, so early pieces build toward the topics that matter to sales.
Teams with writers but no SEO plan use the briefs, calendar and linking plan as their working documents.
A strategy sets what writers should produce and in what order, so writing budget goes to planned pieces.

Your input
Why us
The audit and priorities start from your Search Console and GA4 numbers, so decisions about existing pages rest on how they actually perform.
Each calendar entry has one keyword, one intent and one place in a cluster, which keeps new pieces from competing with pages you already have.
Briefs for the first 4 pieces come with outlines, keywords and internal links, so writing can start right after the walkthrough.
You own every document once the invoice is paid and can run the plan with your own team or any writer you choose.

Keyword research produces a map of up to 150 keywords assigned to pages. A content strategy uses research as one input and adds an audit of your existing pages, a dated 3–6 month calendar, briefs for the first 4 pieces, an internal linking plan and a measurement plan. Choose keyword research if you already have a publishing process and only need targets.
For each one we name the page it should be merged into and note what content is worth keeping. Merges and updates appear in the calendar alongside new pieces. For a removed page, the plan lists a 301 redirect to the closest relevant page where one exists, so links and visitors reach a live URL; pages with no relevant replacement can simply return a 404 or 410.
No, the strategy covers planning and briefs for the first 4 pieces, and writing is a separate service. You can give the briefs to your own team or freelancers, or have our writers produce the pieces through one of our monthly blog writing plans or as one-off commercial pages. Buying writing from us is not required.
The publishing pace is set from your budget and team capacity, which we ask about at kickoff. A calendar might plan 4, 8 or 12 pieces a month, including updates to existing pages, so the schedule stays realistic for your team.
The content audit covers up to 100 URLs, so on larger sites we agree at kickoff which sections to review, usually the blog and the pages tied to your main services. If you also need a technical review of the whole site, our technical SEO audit crawls up to 1,000 URLs as a separate service.
The measurement plan lists the Search Console and GA4 reports to check each month, the metrics tracked for each topic cluster, and when to review a page that is not gaining impressions. New pages often take several months to settle in search results, and we do not promise specific rankings or traffic numbers.
