This policy explains what personal information GONIVESS LLC collects through gonivess.store, by email, on WhatsApp and during client projects, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
GONIVESS LLC ("GONIVESS", "we", "us") is a New Mexico limited liability company, NM Entity ID 7182244. We provide SEO content writing and related SEO services.
Our mailing address is 500 4th St NW, Suite 102, PMB 1866, Albuquerque, NM 87102, US.
Information we collect
Contact form
When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and website, if you add them
- The service, plus a plan and monthly budget if you choose them
- Your message
- Your consent checkbox and the page you came from
Your IP address is used in memory only to limit the form to 5 submissions per 10 minutes. It is not stored in a database.
Email and WhatsApp
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments. WhatsApp is an optional chat channel; if you use it, we see your phone number, profile name and messages. Those conversations are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta).
Server logs
Our hosting server keeps standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL and time) for security and troubleshooting.
Client project data
Clients may give us access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or a CMS, plus briefs and brand documents. We use this data only for the agreed work, and you can remove our access at any time.
Payment information
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. GONIVESS does not store full card numbers. We keep invoices showing your name, company and amounts paid. Billing terms are in our terms of service and refund policy.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Reply to your inquiry and send a content plan or quote
- Email you a confirmation copy of your submission
- Plan, deliver and revise the work you order
- Send invoices and keep billing and tax records
- Protect the website against spam and abuse, and fix technical problems
- Meet our legal obligations
Why we process information
Where laws such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply, we rely on these legal bases:
- Contract: answering your request for a quote and delivering the services you order
- Consent: the form checkbox and your choice to use WhatsApp. You can withdraw consent by emailing us.
- Legitimate interests: server logs, form rate limiting and business correspondence records
- Legal obligation: keeping invoices and accounting records
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:
- Our hosting provider, which runs the website and stores server logs
- Google, whose Google Workspace (Gmail) service delivers form submissions and our email
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us there
- Our payment provider, which processes invoice payments
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or others' safety, or in a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries and related emails: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client
- Server logs: up to 30 days
- Client project files and correspondence: for the length of the engagement and up to 24 months after it ends
- Invoices and billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require
You can ask us to delete information sooner.
How we protect information
- The website uses HTTPS, so form data is encrypted in transit.
- The website has no database of leads; submissions are delivered by email only.
- Access you give us to client accounts is used only for the agreed work, and you can remove it at any time.
No method of sending or storing data is completely secure. If an incident affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
At this time the website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw your consent
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used with us, or write to our mailing address. We may ask for details to confirm your identity and respond within the time the law requires. Some records, such as invoices, may be kept when the law requires it.
California residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to us, California residents may ask to know, delete or correct the personal information we hold. We collect identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (services ordered), internet activity (server logs) and professional information (company name).
We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms. We will not treat you differently for using your rights, and you may use an authorized agent.
Visitors in the EEA and UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, GONIVESS LLC is the controller of your personal information for the purposes in this policy. You have the rights listed above and may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information; if a child has sent us some, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our services, tools or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows the latest version. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website or email current clients.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Our terms of service also apply.
