Technical SEO Audit
A crawl of up to 1,000 URLs covering indexing, speed, internal links and structured data, with a fix list ranked by impact and effort.
On-page SEO optimization
Our on-page SEO services are for sites with pages that already show up in Google but rarely get the click. Search Console often shows the pattern: queries with plenty of impressions and a handful of clicks, or pages sitting just below the top results.
We pick those pages from your Search Console data, map one keyword to each, and rework the title tag, meta description, headings, body copy, internal links and image alt text. Pages are handled in batches of 10, each delivered within 5 business days with a change log.
Because these pages already appear for relevant searches, targeted edits give them a better chance of earning more clicks.
Deliverables
We sort your pages by impressions, clicks and average position and pick those with the most room to gain.
Each page gets one primary keyword and a few secondary terms. We flag pages that compete for the same query so only one targets it.
Rewritten to put the target keyword near the start, fit the width shown in results and give searchers a concrete reason to click. Google can rewrite either one, so each stays close to what the page says.
A clear H1 that names the topic, then H2s and H3s in the order a reader needs, using the terms people search.
We add the subtopics and answers the ranking pages cover and yours does not, and trim text that does not match what the searcher wants.
Links to and from related pages with descriptive anchor text, plus alt text that describes each meaningful image.
Where a page qualifies, we suggest schema types such as Product, Article or LocalBusiness, with the fields to fill in. Valid markup makes a page eligible for rich results; Google decides whether to show them.
Each element before and after, with the date it changed, so you can compare Search Console data.
Fit
Pages that appear for relevant queries but lose the click to competitors. Titles, meta descriptions and intent fixes are usually the first changes.
Service and location pages written years ago without a target keyword. We map each to one term and update headings, copy and links.
Category and product pages with duplicate or missing titles and little text. We work through them in batches, highest-impression pages first.
Marketing managers with a fix list or keyword map who need it applied page by page.
Process
Within 24 business hours
We reply with a suggested number of batches and a quote. The first batch begins after you approve the quote and pay for it.
Day 1
A short call or a written questionnaire, plus read access to Search Console and, if we will implement, an editor account in your CMS.
Start of each batch
We pick the 10 pages for the batch from your Search Console data and send the keyword-to-page map for a quick check.
Within 5 business days
We make the changes in your CMS, or deliver them in a Google Doc for your team, along with the change log for the batch.
After each batch
You review the changes and request edits. The next batch starts from the remaining pages, ordered by opportunity.
Timing
Each batch covers 10 pages and is delivered within 5 business days. Larger sites run batch after batch in priority order.
The quote is priced by the number of batches and paid before work starts. Revisions come back within 2 business days. A batch is approved once you confirm or publish the changes, or 14 days after delivery if you send no revision request.

Why us
We start from your Search Console queries and positions, so effort goes to pages that already have impressions to convert into clicks.
Ten pages per batch, delivered within 5 business days, so scope and dates are set before work begins.
The change log records the old and new version of each element with a date, so any change is easy to compare or undo.
We keep existing URLs unless a change is needed, and any change ships with a 301 redirect so existing links keep working.

We export page and query data from your Google Search Console and look for pages with many impressions and few clicks, pages ranking just below the top results, and pages that compete with each other for the same query. Those go first because they already have search visibility, and you can add or remove pages before a batch starts.
Either works. With an editor account in WordPress or another mainstream CMS, we make the changes directly and record each one in the change log. If you prefer to keep control, we deliver every new title, meta description, heading, copy edit and link in a Google Doc for your team to apply.
Only when a URL clearly works against the page, for example a URL that describes a different topic or carries an old campaign code. Any URL change is listed in the change log and set up with a 301 redirect from the old address, so existing links and bookmarks keep working.
On-page SEO edits individual pages: titles, meta descriptions, headings, copy, internal links and alt text. A technical audit reviews how the whole site is crawled and indexed and ends in a fix list for your developer. If important pages are not being indexed, start with the audit; if they are indexed but rarely clicked, start here.
Google has to recrawl a page before changes show, which can take days or weeks depending on how often it visits your site. Click-through changes on titles tend to show first. We cannot promise rankings or traffic, and Google warns against providers who do; the change log dates help you compare before and after.
We note it in the change log and keep our edits light on that page. A page that targets the wrong intent or has very little usable copy is better rewritten from an approved outline, which our SEO content writing service covers.
Share your site and Search Console access. We reply within 24 business hours with a batch plan and a quote.
